5 Journal Prompts for an EXPANSIVE 2023!

I was reflecting and feeling grateful for all the things that have happened this past year.

I'm curious if you do the same thing around this time of year? That is to pause and reflect on all the good things you have done, the changes you have bravely embarked on, all the new opportunities that have come into your life, and some of the commitments you made to yourself, because you are WORTH IT.

At times the journey isn’t easy, we’ve all faced challenges and experiences that have pushed our potential to the limit.

Today, I want to invite you to consider letting go of what no longer serves you. What no longer fits as you begin a new year in 2023? Those things that weigh you down, send you into overwhelm and keep you stuck.

It is time to open your heart and mind to what is possible. When we do this, the universe brings us things we could never have thought or imagined.

Every experience no matter how challenging or positively inspiring it is, becomes a part of our own unique learning and makes us who we are.

Take some time to travel back to the intentions you set for 2022. Reflect on the highlights and write down all the things you are grateful for this year.

1.What impact did these highlights have on you?

2. What did you learn about yourself?

3. What do you want to achieve in 2023?

4.What’s important about achieving this?

5.What do you need to let go of in order to reach your goals?

Celebrate what you have accomplished and the work you have done to get where you are.

It's time to visualize what you want in 2023 personally, professionally, spiritually and financially.

Write down your goals for 2023 and what actions you need to take to reach them.

Keep these goals and actions front and center to remind you each day of what you are here to do.

Our Coaching Academy graduates shared the progress they’ve made toward their goals and the positive outcome they experienced as they discovered more about who they truly are. We are very proud of the strides they’ve made and the far reaching impact they’re having within their own sphere of influence.

You too can have BIG impact if you’re ready to be a more effective leader. You simply need to know yourself (from within) then share and leverage your unique gifts with others.

I just finished reading "5 Journal Prompts for an Expansive 2023" on pamgriffithscoaching.com and I found it to be such a helpful and inspiring resource for approaching the new year with intention and clarity. The author's prompts for reflection and goal-setting are both thought-provoking and practical, and I appreciated the emphasis on focusing on growth and expansion rather than limiting beliefs or self-doubt. The article's message of self-reflection and goal-setting resonated with me, and I found myself feeling energized and motivated to approach the new year with a positive and expansive mindset. As someone who values the power of journaling and self-reflection, I would highly recommend this article to anyone looking to set meaningful goals and make the most of the coming year.
