Doing the work behind our new image and brand led us to question our vision. We reflected on who we are now and the direction we are choosing to follow. We realized we and our programs have grown over the years.
It is amazing to see how much we’ve kept hidden on our website for our future clients. It hasn’t been on purpose, we’ve just been busy running the business rather than taking time to make it visible externally.
I’m the first to admit it’s challenging to create the space for all things personal and professional . The Big Rocks in business can be especially challenging when it comes to showcasing our work, our clients’ results and the mission we are here to fulfill.
Today, I’m so excited to share our rebranding process and the new direction we’re taking to provide the best growth opportunities for the clients we serve so we can increase our impact.

I am super excited about the transformation our clients have been and will continue to experience as they follow the Coach Approach System’s ™ path toward earning their coach credential and increasing their impact within their first year! Our system provides you with the best tools and support to experience long-term sustainable results.
We are committed to Fast Track your growth through our Coach Approach System™ Academy for coaches who want to apply for their credential within 18 months and make coaching a part of their practice externally or within their organization. As soon as you have learned our methodology and developed your coaching skills we will show you how to start attracting new clients and build your coaching hours toward your first 100 hours you need to apply for your ACC through the International Coach Federation (ICF)
As coaches we never stop learning and growing. That is why I hire a coach to support me at various stages of my growth. Working with a coach helps me close the gaps, reveal the blind spots, create a plan and chart a new energizing path forward.
