Ready to apply for your ICF Coach Credential? Congratulations! 10 hours of Mentor Coaching is the next step on your journey.
Our 3-month online mentor coaching program provides you with 7 hours of group learning and 3 hours of 1:1 time with a Mentor Coach (an ICF-certified coach who has held a credential for a minimum of 3 years). This program will help you to anchor what you learned in The Coach Approach System Academy to the ICF Core Competencies.
You’ll learn more about the ICF ethical guidelines and professional standards, in-depth knowledge of all core competencies and preparation for the Coach Knowledge Assessment exam in your ICF application.

Leading Culture Change and High Performing Teams (LCC) is an interactive online blended learning program accredited by the ICF. Ideal for change makers, decision makers, leaders and executives in organizations who want to shift culture. You’ll learn how to apply coaching specific to the workplace, resolve conflict, develop deeper relationships and discover the building blocks that shift culture and develop high performing teams.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of leadership strengths and tools to equip you to better leverage your team. Case study assignments will provide you with practical knowledge and a plan to shift culture, infusing a learning and development mindset into your organization right away.
Students must have graduated from The Coach Approach Leadership Academy's™ Level I & II or have 60 hours of ACSTH coach training to be eligible for LCC.
Earn 35 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours upon successful completion of LCC toward your Level 1 ICF Associated Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
Upon successful completion of Coaching Approach Leadership Academy™, you'll be a fully certified CALA Coach, embodying the skills and confidence to lead effectively and the know-how to coach anyone on any topic! Plus, we'll show you how to multiply your impact, reach more clients and create long term, lasting change.
