The Coach Approach System™Academy is a retreat-style coach training program that takes a holistic approach to leadership with a focus on, leading self first and coaching skill foundations.
What this means is, you will learn the basic principles of coaching and experience the power of coaching first hand. You walk away with effective skills to coach others through this experiential program, by practicing and receiving coaching with your peers and observing live coaching demos.
You will increase your awareness of who you are as a leader and develop a personal action plan aligned with your values, designed to ignite your potential and achieve your goals. Through my process you will discover your motivations, what gets in your way and why you lead the way you do plus, develop key leadership skills to help you be more effective.
The added-value: The Coach Approach System™ Academy is ICF accredited and aligns with the ethics and standards of the International Coach Federation. 60 hours of Approved Coach Training will be awarded to graduates upon successful completion that may be used toward earning or maintaining your coach credential.
You will walk away with the skills, knowledge and tools of how to coach and communicate more effectively, build trust, develop individuals and engage teams toward higher performance. Plus, a resource guide, practical worksheets and tools you can implement right away to help you shift culture in your organization or your own business.
Yes! We give you the option to connect post-training with our alumni. You will also receive one 30-minute strategy session redeemable up to 4 weeks after the training is complete to keep you on track and work through any new obstacles or opportunities you may be experiencing.

Our programs are facilitated online and in person with a networking event that you will be invited to. The schedule runs from September to June. These sessions are intensive learning days which is why we recommend that you create space in your calendar to give yourself the time to focus and gain the most value from our program.
